Global Action Stations
The time it takes to get the fork from your plate to your mouth is all the time you need to travel the world. How? At our public lunch! Windigo Catering and their new chef, Mariano Rodriguez have developed a global menu for the public to enjoy. From traditional slow roasted beef tenderloin and Chinese to-go, to trendy Japanese-style bento boxes and savory street tacos. The food is made fresh-to-order right before you at action stations designated for each dish. For only $18 you can travel to four different regions of the globe for an all-access experience.

The menu includes:
Roasted Beef Tenderloin
Cracked black pepper rubbed, char roasted, sliced to order and served with petit brioche buns, horseradish, dijon mustard, and bearnaise sauce.
Chinese ‘To Go Box”
Sweet and sour chicken, bell pepper teriyaki beef with broccoli and carrots, or coconut yellow curry shrimp and vegetable chop suey served over chow mein noodles, with soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce and sriracha.
Pulled pork, roasted chicken or braised beef with pico de gallo, manchego cheese, rice and beans, guacamole, tomatillo salsa, sun-dried tomato salsa and slaw.
Curried chicken salad wrap or mediterranean grilled vegetable wrap accompanied by mixed greens with a sherry vinaigrette and seasonal fruit, potato chips, a cookie and bottled water or soda.
